Litho print is a mind field and whilst one printer maybe competitive on brochures and leaflets they may not be on packaging and point of sale. Different materials such as light weight NCR wont want to be put through a B1 10 Colour press whilst brochures and packaging wont work well on a small offset machine, web machines won't like print runs of one thousand.
