Appointment Cards

Make more sales with an appointment card! If you’re in the business of meeting with customers or scheduling appointments for clients but you don’t use printed appointment cards, you’re missing a great marketing opportunity!

Not only are appointment cards the perfect way to confirm meetings with customers or clients, they can work alongside other printed and online promotional material.

We print a great many appointment cards and other marketing for our customers, so we’ve put together a few things to think about when you make that appointment and give out or send your card.

Brand it Everything you print, from business cards to leaflets or posters, should carry your brand. Logos and company colours should be consistent across all of your marketing. This increases brand awareness, helping people to easily recognise your business. Make sure your appointment card is well branded and remember, we can print on both sides of your card so you can brand on the rear as well!

Quality counts Any printed marketing you hand out to clients or prospective customers should give the right impression of your business. Like your business cards, your appointment cards should look and feel professional.

No-one likes receiving a poorly printed, cheap, flimsy card; that’s why we offer our customers a range of weights and finishes that give the right impression of your business and your values.

While the main purpose of your appointment card is obviously to confirm an appointment date and time, remember we’ll print on the rear of the card too. While it’s always a good idea to have your logo and some contact details on the front, you can use the rear like a business card or to advertise services.

You can include a QR code to drive traffic to your website, or list some key products, services and company values and remember, with digital printing there’s no minimum order, so you can even advertise special offers or current deals for limited periods.

Your appointment card is so much more than a one-off reminder of your meeting. It can be another great piece of printed marketing.

If you include useful information like contact details, your appointment card might be kept for reference or shown to others, so it could still be working for you months after you hand it out!
